Terms and Policies

Prior to booking an appointment, please read all information and policies to ensure you are properly informed.

To book an appointment, a NON-REFUNDABLE (no exception) BOOKING FEE of $50 will be required to secure and schedule your spot.

100% of the booking fee will go towards the amount due on the day of the appointment. Canceling your appointment for any reason will result in losing your booking fee. Please book wisely!

The booking fee is transferable (same person, same service) to reschedule your appointment up to 3 months. You are allowed to reschedule only once.

You must send good lighting photos of brows or lips (without makeup, unfiltered apps) for consultation and approval before booking your appointment.

72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If less than 72 hours, there will be an additional $50 fee to reschedule.

You must arrive no later than 15 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your scheduled appointment will be considered a “no-show” and will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Please consider traffic times and weather conditions when driving to your appointment.

NO guests or pets are allowed due to cross-contamination and interruptions. Please be respectful and understand that the technician must focus on procedures. There is a waiting area in the studio where your guest(s) may wait.

You must be 18+ to get any procedure done, even with parental consent.

Touch-up prices are not included in the initial price. All foreign retouches or previous work by other artists will be considered as a new set of brows.

This is typically a two-step process: initial + perfecting session. However, some clients might need more sessions due to pigment resistance. After-procedure outcomes and healed results vary from client to client based on skin/blood types, facial bone structures, existing hair flow, daily regimens/activities, medications taken, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

All services provided are non-refundable.
